What thievery is this?!

I placed an order at around 14:37 yesterday. I waited over 2 hours only for my order to be marked as "collected" and "delivered" within the same minute (16:43). There was no arrival time as well.

Now money has been deducted from my account, I have no received my order and I can't get assistance. I have called their helpline (no answer), I have emailed (no response) and I have tweeted.

RETURN MY MONEY!
