PnP ASAP APP NIGHTMARE

28/09 I placed an order on the asap app ,payment went off but the order was not confirmed nor delivered.

Later in the day received a notification that yhe order was canceled yet the funds were not reversed.

What an absolute inconvenience and nightmare. If I could give 0 stars I would
