Pnp ASAP app doesn't function properly & no one can help
Tried to order via the Pick n Pay A S A P ! app, I input the promo code, it worked & was about to pay but app malfunctioned then said promo code 'no longer valid' before transaction was completed. Immediately contacted support, now it's day 4 & issue is still not resolved at all. Everyday the matter is closed as resolved when it in fact hasn't. Seems more likely to get better service from the Department of Home Affairs. Seems like no one so far is capable enough to actually fix their system problem. Such a let down as I do have the Checker 60 Sixty app but prefer PnP but they are incapable of helping the customer resulting in a terrible customer experience and their excuse is they have an influx of orders to not even respond satisfactorily on the actual day. You also have to explain the problem daily, doesn't seem like they have basic access to viewing the initial unresolved query.
