PnP asap App

I've been contacting the PnP ASAP customer care on numerous occasions to update my address but still they have been unable to solve the problem. The street os clearly on Google maps but the App doesn't allow me to pin it correctly. The last time I had to pay for my goods that were all defrosted (this incl chicken) due to the driver going to the wrong address and not reading additional notes. I'm not a fan of the green competitor but seems I have no choice. App is inefficient!!
