PNP ASAP APP

Im very disappointed in the new PNP asap. I made a payment for an order yesterday whilst i was at work aroun 1 in the afternoon only to get home to find out the order was not delivered but money had been deducted from my account. I called the call centre and was informed they have problems with the app. im still waiting for a response but my money is gone . All i have is my proof of payment and no goods to show for it.
