PNP ASAP APP

This PNP ASAP gave an error on payment but it did go off my bank and now it is stuck somewhere on their system and they are claiming it is not and a refusing to refund. This has been confirmed with my bank but no one on pnp app side is willing to acknowledge and fix this problem
