PNP ASAP app

The pnpasap app sucks... I placed an order on saturday 01.03.2025 at 10.24am and 2 payments were taken from my acc and 2 order numbers were generated from their side... THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME THIS YEAR THAT THIS HAD HAPPENED TO ME! I tried calling their helpline and no one answered... I then tried emailing and again no one rep****...

I called this morning Mon 03.03 and was told that they would escalate the matter but it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my money back!!!!

I have seen all the bad reviews and i think it is time that PNP step up and improve their training of staff as well as their terrible app...
