PnP ASAP Always an Issue

I swear everytime I order something on this app, something goes wrong. I hate this app! I've placed and order, I get a sms to say the driver couldn't get hold of me so the order was cancelled. I haven't received any calls, I was cooking and awaiting the rest of the ingredients, so supper was a mess. The app still show they're preparing my meal, I never got an update to say the driver is on his way, so who is at fault. You've ruined my evening and my family's man. I call the bladdy customer servicez guess what... my money will be credited to the app, so it will only be available in a few days to me. UNBELIEVABLE
