PNP asap accomplice to *****

I am trying to create a PNP Asap account, but get an error when I use my normal PNP account details, I have tried to reset the password, but then get an error saying my account does not exist. when trying to create a new account I get an error stating that the details are already use? I have logged a ticket with PNP and long story short they have told me my number is being used by another profile, a male. I have said that this is incorrect and ********** use of my details. My number can be verified by OTP, not sure why they don't have this verification in place in anyway. The PNP assistance rep**** saying: Kindly be advised that the details you have provided march another user's profile, therefore I will not be able to assit you.

This is RIDICULOUS.

I have also now proceeded to waste my airtime with the PNP customer care line, and after holding on for 4mins while my details "load" the call dropped.

How can you tell a customer that you can't help them if they tell you someone is **********ly using their details? Thus PNP are now saying that they find ********** activity acceptable?

Unimpressed to say the least.
