Pnp asap

Pnp asap app is terrible the worst. Delivery does not take an hour and there is no profesionalism at all to keep the customer updated or even follow up on a query , on the 26 sept 2023 i placed an order at 19:00pm ther order showed delivery for 20:00 to 20:30pm it never arrived , i called following morning to complain as they had debited my account but i never received my groceries , they credited my app wallet 27/09/2023 Now i placed an order before 18:00pm app says delivery is 19:00 to 19:30pm its now 20:34 no indication of where my order is , the app keeps saying preparing order i have never been so inconveninced so many times the worst part is to even reemburse clients takes 10working days i am already waiting for funds they debited on the 23/september/2023 which are not paid back to me now this run around for the third time is disrespectful really i am tired of complaining back and forth with them i just want my money nd delete the app clearly pnp doesnt respect their clients
