PnP ASAP a ****

Pick ‘n Pay ASAP is a **** , not delivering and not refunding. I ordered food on the 27/12/2022 and 3 days later didn’t receive my order , I called the customer care to cancel the order and get a refund I was told my refund has been processed but to this day I haven’t received my money. Their are not taking their customers seriously.
