PNP ASAP

On 29 July I placed an order through PnP ASAP application around 4pm my order was delivered 7pm. I waited approximately 3 hours for delivery from a shop that is less than 5km from my house. The service totally inconvenienced me and took time that can never be replaced. I had written to the service center and received no response to this day. This experience deserves a negative rating.
