PNP ASAP

I placed an order on the 16/11/2024 where the whole order was not mine, they delivered incorrect items to me. I asked them to come take these items and bring me the correct ones in the process, but to this day it's not done. They keep sending emails saying the query is resolved whereas it's not. Their contact center is no better. They promise the matter will be resolved every time I call but nope. The items they delivered cost more then what I ordered so I don't get how they can be so blasé about this.
