PNP ASAP

I ordered for the first time on PNP ASAP. Firstly the bag was open because the driver delivered it to the wrong person first. I could accepted that if one of my products were not opened. I ordered a bag of Pita. The bottom of the bag was opened. I chatted on the app and made a call to the Call Centre. They took down the issue and did not get back to me.
