Pnp app totally not competent, with staff

I am amazed by the *********** app and *********** people , i am waiting a week for 1 on my refunds after a payment went off twice from my app , then I foolishly ordered again and again I awaiting a refund .. this is the 3rd attempt at using the app and I am left with a sour taste every time. I am going to delete and remove this after my money is received , hai I give up ON PNP APP. you will be ****med I tell you , If i didn't call they would never have noticed they charged me twice .
