PNP ************** and unacceptable behavior

I have 3 complaints about pnp. FIRST, pnp sherwood benoni north, they offer discounts to elderly with the knowledge that the elderly get the same amout as disabled people in sassa, and elderly private pensions are more than the disabled grants, so why is pnp discriminating against the physically disabled.

SECOND: same pnp sherwood benoni north, has a security guard at the door collecting parcels from people when they enter but refuses to provide a slip they way a parcel check in counter operates, when refusing to give your bag without any proof you gave it, then management want to search your bag BEFOR you go in.

Thirdly: When bring these things to PNP head office YOU GET NO RESPONCE EXCEPT A AUTO MATIC RESPONCE TO VERIFY THEY DID RECIEVE YOUR EMAIL, THEY JUST IGNORING YOU.
