Pnp and RCS cloning and *****ing from their customers

I called 7 Aug 22 to get a settlement amount and paid the settlement amount on the 7th. After a few days I saw an amount of r4000.99 were used. I query it with pnp and they told me my card was used at Ravenswood pnp. On the 10th of Aug I was in Vanderbijlpark and did go to any shop on that day. I have tracking to proof and can get statements from people who we visited in Vanderbijlpark. Pnp told me there were 3 transactions as follows: R99.99 , R1500.00 and R2500.00. I have requested proof but received nothing they referred me to RCS. I opened a ***** case explaining the issue and to date received no feedback. This is going to affect my credit score. I will not pay another sent to pnp as I want this account closed therefore the settlement amount were requested. Pnp or RCS does not get back to me. I only used the card at pnp Sherwood gardens brakpan and Carnival mall pnp. The ***** started at one of the two places where I used it frequently. I need this sorted out as soon as possible and need my credit report to be updated by RCS.
