PnP and FNB eWallet is a mess.

Times are tough for everyone. luckily, when money is short, PnP offers several alternative payment methods. Unfortunately they dont know how to use them. This morning I was stuck at PnP Campus Square for 30 minutes, eventually stranded in the mall, no items, no cash, no points, no way to exit the parking, because the cashiers and supervisors did not know how to use my FNB Ewallet payment. They entered the information to the system, trying several ways, not sure how because the system asked for information they seemingly did not have or wasnt good enough as provided by FNB. This removed my available points, I have to wait 24 hours to get them back. This goes for FNB as well as PnP. If you offer a service, learn how to use if first before leaving people stranded due to your incompetence.
