PnP and Bottles are *****ing from us

I have ordered from the PnP Bottles app many times. The past two orders have been an absolute nightmare and trying to reach the "Support" line is impossible. My order of 24 June had the app "glitch" and they deducted R318.94 SEVEN TIMES. When I contacted them and spoke to a lady called Sage, they said they would refund me. They refunded me for 5 of the 7 deductions and I spoke to a lady called Thobile today. I explained that I needed to be refunded for the 7 deductions as well as the items which I was charged for but never received. These items amount to R368.92. This is unacceptable! I want my money to be refunded ASAP and I expect an apology. It is month end and my debit orders need to go off of my account. I want my money back!!!
