PnP Alberton New Market cashier poor service!

On the 8th July I had bad experience at PnP Alberton New Market. Normally when you buy baked bread, either milk bread or ouma's bread most of the time the prices are displayed and not on the actual bread. So when you get to the till the cashier will use the printed scan list for beakers. Unfortunately the lady on till 13 didn't have and instructed me to go and to ask for the bakery to attach the price for me. I indicated to her why should I go back for the prices because the only thing I wanted to do was to pay. My problem was I am a customer and why should I be involved on the internal issues. I need to indicate that I didn't shout at her but talking politely with her but the attitude I got from that lady was out of this world. The gentleman behind me even made a comment talking to his wife that kind of service was this for the cashier to send the customer back for prices. On my way to the bakery I decided to ask for the floor manager and I was shown the Supervisor who was off assistance. On his way back he did address the ladies but I feel that should not be the case, they should not how to treat customers with respect!
