PnP Advertising False

Hi

I would like to know how you advertise a product with certain specs. Once the client purchases this and get home this is not what was advertised? Please see the following add: https://www.pnp.co.za/pnpstorefront/pnp/en/c/SMARTPOWER-10K-MAH-PUNCH-BLACK/p/***_EA. I want to know why you sell me stuff which is not as advertised. This is false advertising. I am most disappointment and so is my family.
