PnP

I just need to share a pensioner's story that I saw on FB a few minutes ago of his bad experience he had yesterday at a PnP, unfortunately he didn't mention which PnP it was. As he mentioned that they had to get up very early to get to PnP. When ge went to the toilet paper section there were not a single toilet roll on the shelves. When he approached the manager (by the name of Johan) the answer he got was well i didn't invite you to come and shop here, i was really taken aback with this manager's response. I felt that he treat this poor man like a second class citizen. He was in such an emotional state and started crying. Such behaviour is absolute unacceptable. I really hope that PnP will find this so called manager and take him to task.
