Farie Glen pnp staff at the money kiosk have no clue about what they are doing. This morning at attemping to buy a bus ticket as i saw your promotions online i was confronted by unhelpful, unfriendly staff who have no idea of what customer service is. They had no clue about the discount offered on buying a bus ticket through Pnp. Needless to say i left without a ticket and purchased it at checkers in under 10min
