I rated PnP a 1 for recomending Other people to use PnP because their shop by us responded immediately about my complaints but Head Office who is responsible for the bulk of my complaints only sent me e mail with a ref, number and said they would deal with complaint, but You never hear from them again. This is the second time. THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT OUR COMPLAINTS. Why did Raymond Ackerman sell PnP to this crowd. PnP has never been the same again.
