Pleased shopper

I’m one of those customers who always takes reviews seriously. When ordering online from start to end i had seen no positive review To relieve my fear. And i was also discouraged by far away available slots.

After constantly checking luckily i found a slot within 5 days then later found a slot within 3 days and changed to make sure that should my order be delayed, it could still be delivered within the initial 5 days i expected but to my great Suprise it was delivered 3 days after ordering and within the specified slot, well packed and with friendly a dawn wing delivery guy. Items delivered where the same as those previously stated on my invoice. Only 3 items where not supp****.

I hope it is not just an act of luck because my experience seem to be the complete opposite of what almost all reviewers post here.

One last thing please review your notifications/sms system as i received none to confirm the time of delivery rather a surprise but not so surprise call from the security gate.

I thank pnp for the prompt delivery and good service i received but please try make the service i received the same for everyone. We all need value for money in these tough times.
