Please open more tills on a Friday afternoon

Every Friday afternoon, I go to Pick n Pay, Cavendish Square, Claremont, Cape Town, & today was no exception, why are so few tills open at the "express" checkout line?, only 2 tills were open this afternoon, out of which should have been so much more, it's Friday afternoon, wake up., I eventually asked to see the "manager", & when I asked him, why so few tills at the "express" line were open, he rep**** to me, something along the line of, "the computer wasn't working properly", how pathetic, that's not my problem, make alternative arrangements, I only had 3 small items, as I wanted a snack, wake up & come right, people are tired & want to get home...
