please help me find justice

On the 18th Aug 15 at pine crest mall Pinetown my bag was ****** from parcel counter the security had made 2 tickets for one shelve and someone came and produced their ticket and security gave him my bag which had my clothes my id book bank cards etc and they asked me to make a list of things that were in a bag I did they did not respond until I went to them again in ten days they then called me to be precise the lady called Cindy Naidoo called me and said when they look at the footage shows that my bag had few items that worth R1000 they are prepared to pay me that much or if I like I can find my lawyers and said I must be careful not to waste my money because pick and pay is a well established company with tough lawyers I then posted o n twitter they said please I should wait my matter is being looked at until today I'm very disappointed with pick and pay because in that bag I had clothes for 2weeks because i was going to Johannesburg where I work please help me imm desparate.
