Please finish your upgrades to the shop

Hello, I am an old customer in this shop and usually I am very happy with everything in this store. This is my go to shop and my favourite place to buy my groceries! :) And still is, I am just very unhappy today.

I know they are busy with renovations and I have no problem with that and think the new layout is going to work wonderfully. But, there are a few issues.

So, today, I am giving you 2 stars due to the following:

1. Today there were no indicator boards for the aisles - a normal shopping experience there takes about 10 minutes for me since I know the shop, but today and due to the relocation of items took my an extra 20 minutes having to look for items At the moment it is a nightmare locating items. What about people not shopping there regularly? I can't imagine....

2. There were no canned asparagus available

3. There were no bottled (mild) peppadews available - the chopped/sliced variety was available, but that is not what I needed (and only the hot variety was available)

4. What happened to your variety of mozzarella cheese? Why are you only stocking one brand, (your own) retailing for about R45 a block? Giving the consumer no choice, as to having to buy that when they need Mozzarella cheese? I find that really expensive and don't like it all that us as consumers don't have a choice in this.

I remember the days when you could pick and choose from your variety of cheeses, as well as finding a lekker variety of ricotta cheese - which you can't find in your store anymore - now I have to go to Woolworths and pay a farm's price for a piece. And please don't tell me there are no "want" for this - stock it and people will rather buy from you than Woolies which is a lot more expensive. Same with real Maple syrup - I also remember the days when you used to stock this - your's were the best price. And now I have to go to Woolworths and Paradyskloof Spar. And it's a lot more expensive! I prefer to shop with you :)
