Please find better staff

I have been to this branch, time and time again and staff always prefer to ignore customers most of the time but on this day, I was returning an item for mother because she’s elderly and cannot be in crowds. The cashier, Mfuno, as usually talks over me to her colleague. This is normal for the store, but then doesn’t want to bag my clothing items and threw my receipt onto the floor. When I asked her why is she being this way, she said it’s store protocol and walked away as I picked my receipt from the floor.
