Bad service I had at pick and pay by the cashier called Yandisa Hoyi.... I was asking for cash back for intelli card, yoo that girl with attitude said No all the intelli cards declines. I was like huh?? and I politely asked her to try because I once used this card here and I had no problem. Wathi Hayi, I seriously thought she is playing ndibone xa esithi next customer please. I saw that no she is dead serious wabe enceda omnye ubhuti phof with cash back while enceda mna. So basically Pick and Pay, how do you train your staff on Customer maniac?? Do they even know the moment of truth? I am also working with customers as well but I have never seen such. Mind you I paid what I was buying with the card and the card did not decline.
