Please check the items properly before dispatching

On the 30th of December 2024 I purchased a tin of milk from Pick ‘n Pay hillside, bluff I usually order all the time from Pick ‘n Pay and I am never disappointed. However this time I am upset !! I ordered similac total comfort stage 1 formula, the tin was not sealed properly, it was half sealed with some of the milk out of the tin, I did not check the milk because I was not going to use it immediately as I already had a tin open, I just ordered another tin before the new year. I am highly disgusted in Pick ‘n Pay, before dispatching any item it needs to be checked PROPERLY !! Please Pick ‘n Pay do better!! How do I give my baby formula that was not sealed correctly
