Please be considerate and allow me to redeem my stamps for Gin glasses

Pick n Pay has been running this promo where customers could collect Pick n Pay stamps over the years for spending a certain amount on their purchases. Two weeks ago, I was so excited that I had my leaflet filled with stamps and could not wait to collect either a set of Gin glasses or CHampagne glasses. I queued in a very long queu and when it was my turn in friend, some lady embarassed me in front of the masses because I had stanps from last year together with new stamps. How was I to know that the two can't be mixed. I was so embarassed i started running to the next exit to escape the embarassment. I may have over reacted because I am trying to find my way with grieving for both my parents who passed away recently due to covid-19. My humble plea is that since the promo had ended, surely you have left over glasses somewhere. Can you kindly make my day and consider my leaflet despite having different kinds of stamps in it. I please please
