Please Assist

It is the third time I`m complaining with Pick n Pay Kenilworth dairy products, I`m stuck with 2trays of old yoghurts n my fridge, this time they not expires but they look like sour cream milk and taste awful. Please assist as I always do my monthly shopping at Pick n Pay and would not want to change for petty things but I have children to consider.
