Please Assist
I am so upset with Pick n Pay and it the second time in 2months. I bought 2 Fair Cape fresh cream pasteurised at Pick n Pay Kenilworth, Yesterday I opened the cream to make my homemade ice-cream to my surprise it was old and had a very bad smell,, when I check the expiring dated it expired on the 20th October, last time it was Amasi now this and Pick n Pay is the only place i do my shopping I`m so disappointed.

09 Nov 2020, 07:02Good Morning, I received a call from a lady called Fezeka from customer services in Kenilworth branch, she was so friendly and apologized. She handled the matter very well and made a conversation that I totally forgot about the whole situation and all thanks to her.
