platters order not ready and bad staff attitude

I ordered a platter from Pay Goodwood in the morning and was asked what time I want to collect. I told them I would collect at 12h00 but when I got to the counter to collect I was told by the lady at the counter that there is only 2 of them and the order is not ready, the chicken was still raw. She was very ubrupt and did not even apologise for the delay. I ended up being late for my training because I had to order pizza instead from Ashley's next to pIck 'n Pay. If Pick'n Pay is not able to cope with one order then I suppose it was a mistake to tell all the reps to use Pick'n Pay Goodwood in future for their trainings. Definitely not worth the stress of non service delivery.
