Plastic security ring on Naan milk powder tins

Everytime I buy Naan baby milk 1.8kg it's a struggle to get the security ring at the bottom of the container off. For some reason in the stores, there is only o e personnel who is able to get it off, and sometimes I have wait a while to get them to come through. I have a bad experiences in PnP namely Newton Park Gqebera and PnP Cape Gate in Kraaifontein Cape Town. All store that have the plastic ring struggle to get it off. Every month since December I have had to wait a while after paying to get the tin.
