Plastic bag thrown at me

I went to pick n pay at clearwater mall to buy a few items saw the quest were long I decided to go to the cigarate counter simply because the que was short,I was served by a very rude lady with attitude by by the name of nkhensani,she scanned the items asked if I needed a plastic I said yes,she took the plastic and threw in it at me now I was not expecting her to pack the groceries for me but defenitly not throw the plastic at me,so I packed my own groceries,went to ask for the manager was told he was still busy but I must leave my details he would contact me back which he did,he apologized on her behalf which still does not make it right for his staff to treat customers they way nkhensani does,now I'm not sure if this is one of pick n pays brand values to treat customers like that, I also told him I would report the matter as it was not the first time the same lady did this.now I fill pick n pay should pull up their socks and sort out their staff and bring their service level game up
