Plant flowers or put paving outside the premises

<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to understand why Pick n pay local newly built at Loendale would leave the walkways outside the premises dusty and dirty as it it now, no wonder they dont have customers.</p> <p>Is it because its at a location not a surburb?</p> <p>Even the nearby Shoprite did better compare to this new shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
