pizza not fresh

yesterday on the 16.12.2015 I bought 3 pizzas a bacon, biltong and a margarita we collected and went home when I opened the pizza boxes you could see it was dried out so we putted in the microwave to warm it up, as we started eating it, it did not taste fresh at all the cheese tastes really off and the base was also hard it looked like the day before pizzas. I phoned to complain about the black lady that answered the phone did not even understand what I was talking about she putted me threw to a Nicolas person I had to explain myself 4 times and then he only understood and he had a really bad attitude over the phone. I have buying pizza at pick n pay for the last 2 years and I drive al the way from springs to buy the pizzas. this utterly discuting even my daughter that loves their margarita said that it does not taste nice
