Pivk n pay asap sorry does not make up for this!

Yesterday morning i bought my food online at pick n pay... That was just pas 11 the morning... So my delivery time was between 12 and 1... Nothing was delivered at that time.. Call them at 3 afternoon at customer care and she took a look at my oder and said the driver canceled the delivery because my adress is high risk... Lol but all customer c**** can say is sorry for your inconvenience... As if that will help... So at 5 yesterday they called me and said my stuff will be definitely be her on monday morning at 8 o clock.... Its now 9:35 still nothing.... Im disgust with pick n pay... Only sorry.. U guys lost a customer who loved to shop at pick a pay... I rather do 60 sixty because the do pitch up on time.... Get drivers who want to work and who will go the extra mile... And still i need to pay for a delivery which is almost 24 hours late....
