Pitiful Pick 'n Pay Loch Logan

Really horrible service. I went to the Pick n Pay at Loch Logan to draw cash at their terminals and the cashier was incredibly rude. First she looked me up and down like I'm being a nuisance to her, then when I proceeded to ask for the service she is supposed to give me she straight out said that she doesn't have money. She didn't even bother to direct me to another terminal or even she slightest bit of concern when I voluntarily walked off to find another cashier to assist. That one was also equally disinterested and disengaged, but at the very least was able to assist with my withdrawal.

The worst of this all is that as I was blatantly disrespected and diregarded by the first cashier a supervisor was standing there and started chatting and giggling with the cashier as I moved to the next terminal. When I called their helpline to log a complaint I waited more than 10 minutes for my call to be answered and still to no avail.

Your business could learn a thing or two from Woolworths where you will never get an attitude from staff no matter what part of the country you're in. I work in service as a manager as well, I use that store as a negative example for customer service with my team constantly. I transact at the Pick n Pay in Loch Logan at the very least 2 times every week. I have almost become immune to their deplorable behaviour. However today I've had it with their nonsense. Those women are no better than me. They should get it together. And their manager needs to makes sure he fixes this issue.
