Pinnacle of stinky attitude from a supervisor
Went to your Piet Retief store yesterday to do bill payments. One of the account were my Sabc tv license account. I told Phindile (cashier) that it is my tv license account. She continued with my account payments and upon checking on my receipt I noticed that it stated DSTV. I asked her who mentioned anything about Dstv and I only mentioned tv license. She called her supervisor (Gugu). After explaining everything to Gugu she had the audacity to tell me that... "you were wrong for giving her your idnimber and not the tvlicense number". I flipped and told her to retract that statement as I never mentioned no dstv payment and the cashier chose to allocated that money to my dstv account. Even WORST: Gugu immediately decided to change the language ftom English to Zulu and explained to the cashier that I should call dstv for them to reverse my payment and then she walked away. Ive NEVER experience should disgusting stinking attitude from a store. Never, you should be ashamed for who and what you place as your brand ambassadors. She is rude to the core. I mentioned this incident to my colleagues and trust me it was not pleasant. Its human nature to make mistakes, but stinky attitude has no place in society nowadays with businesses fighting for survival. Ive spend NOT LESS than R4000.00 per month at PicknPay. Trust me Im a mere 'only 1 customer' but I believe I can rather go somewhere else to purchase my bread and butter. I will never set foot in PicknPay.
