Pink n Pay ASAP - Worst service and app ever

I am truly very disappointed in the service which my wife has received. She has been waiting for the refund to come through since the 28th September. She has been patiently waiting for her refund since then. I really think that there should be a better customer experience than this. There have been multiple emails going back and forth since then and still no reply.

All we get from the call center is the below yet still not getting our money back.

I will make it my mission to tell everyone I meet not to use this app and have already gone on a boycott of all the Pick n Pay stores.
