Pink n Pay ASAP Redruth Store are *******! Be warned, do not buy groceries online!!!!
Pick n Pay I did not donate money to you, I paid for groceries that was not delivered by PNP Redruth JHB. Your call centre will promise to call back to resolve the issue but they never do! You promised that the store will sort me out but they never reached out to me. You clearly do not want to send me my groceries, please just refund me my money!!!!!!

12 Jul 2022, 16:41PicknPay are *******!!!! They make us pay for groceries then they do not make deliveries then to top things up Redruth JHB store is not responding to all escalations. The call centre and queries department are just as useless!!!!

I received a call today from your office and my query was finally resolved and a refund was immediately paid by means of points credited on my smart shopper card.
