PIK N PAY ASAP Bad Customer service.

I placed an order on the pik n pay ASAP app 2 weeks ago. After succesfully paying, i received a notification that the order failed. I immedietly requested a refund on the app. The refund never got acknowledged and it is not even showing on the app. Ive been emailing and calling customer care i even emailed my proof of payment. Still i have not received my refund. Can you please pay my money back
