Pik n Pay ASAP App delivery is a complete waste of time & money

Good day sir madam,

Please note that I placed my order on the app on the 28th of November. Delivery was schedule for 28th at 18h00

I did not receive my order then.

The 29th my order was still not received, I then called the store and got no feedback there.

I had driven to Northlands pik n pay Guateng and squealed for my order.

The manager Benjamin and team, mentioned the order was taken and returned and given to the wrong client,

Upon spending an hour at the branch yesterday night, I was given my order.

This is truly disappointing service! No one communicated with me even!

One should rather use checkers 60.

I lost out on my delivery fee and wasted my time
