Pik and Pay app frustrating

The app shows items as available. I order them. Then on delivery, multiple items are missing – sold out. No one contacts me. No offer of a substitute. I only realise when I unpack my order. Then I have to wait days for a refund.

Please:

· Show accurate stock on the app · Contact customers when an item is sold out · Process refunds within 24–48 hours

Very frustrating experience.
