I placed an order at around 10:42 and the driver called at 14:35 saying he was lost then hung up. When we tried to call him back to give him directions, he kept hanging up or not answering. Got the first message saying he was unable to get ahold of us and the money would be refunded. Seconds later we got another one saying you're order has arrived yet he never did
