PICP AND PAY ONLINE INCOMPETENCE
Pick and Pay Online offer a product at a specific price but at checkout the price is inflated. I receive a promo code from Pick and Pay via email but when I enter the code ( same day as the email ) I get the message " Invalid code ". I get no response to my mail sent to them and their Whatsapp contact is rather useless. How can one trust such a business ?

My honest opinion is that their support staff do not have an inclination of what good, effective customer relations are. I am now more frustrated with Pick and Pay than before their response.
