PicknPays Failure to have correct pricing underneath products, for 18 days straight.
On the 31st of March 2024 at exactly 13:36PM, I saw an Alva Single Burner Canister Cooker with a Carry Case and Auto Safety Function in PicknPay. I was under the impression that this Alva Single Burner Canister Cooker costs R239.99, but the price tag was "mistakenly" placed under the wrong batch of said product. On April 17th 2024 at 12:44, I the average joe wanted to buy the Canister Cooker. I was then told that the Cooker is not R239,99. It is now R399,99. Please help me resolve this issue because I was under the impression that the canister cooker is R239.00.
I have photographed proof of the different prices, with the time and date stamps above the photographs.

- “If any item scans at a higher price than displayed on shelf and the barcode corresponds, we will give you the item at the marked price”. The price tags displayed underneath the Alva Canister Cooker had a description on it and that description was not even of the Cooker, it was of a Alva 5/8 Bullnose Reg with hose, so not only were they not displaying the correct price, they also didn’t place the right description of the the product in hand. On the 17th of April, the manager of the day was Oscar. He was the one I spoke to regarding the incident. Fast forward to the 18th of April 2024 at 16:42PM, Jessica the “manager” calls and tells me to come the next day. Today, the 19th of April, I spoke to Winner the Store Manager and Jessica the “manager”. I was then taken to the shelves where I was told… “you should have read the description of the item and not the price”~ Winner. I then asked to speak to Oscar, “Oscar went out” said Winner. Oscar was not out Oscar was hidden in the back by both Jessica and Winner.
